Schmeisser Steel Challenge 2025

Each of the 5 stages consisted of 5 steel targets with differing layouts, shooters could engage these in any order they wanted to, but had to take their last shot on a red target known as a stop target. Shooters had to engage these in the fastest time possible.

Lunch on the day was an amazing hog roast, which was well received by all shooters. After a short break it was back to the shooting.
After the days shooting, the overall winner of the day was Mike Harvey who won a Schmeisser 9mm Straight pull rifle. As he already owns one of these, he very kindly donated his prize to his local gun club at Frome.
The prize table had a host of excellent prizes up for grabs, such as optics and merchandise, for runners up and other shooters. For full scores please visit Pracitiscore here.

This year also introduced a teams competition, which was won by team ‘Alpha Mike’. Below are the results from the team competition.

Many thanks to Edgar Brothers for they they provided for the day, safe to say everyone really enjoyed the day! We look forward to the next one!
